i stayed here before, this visit was not great. the room had dust, and i asked them to clean it after check-in. the shower head didn't work .

i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. the hotel is very close to the train station which was convenient. the corridors had a nice scent and i liked that.
the room felt dark and the light switches were odd. breakfast service was subpar i think. i asked for tea multiple times and it took a while.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

The hotel has an Really good location! It is close to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. I enjoyed the modern art décor throughout the hotel. It added a unique touch. I also liked the fitness and spa facilities because they were well kept.
The rooms were slightly dark, and additional lighting in the bathroom would IMPROVE it! I also noticed that housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent.
